SASSA Takes Solutions to Fernie Local Community

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently browsing the Fernie 2 Local community Hall in Mpuluzi to render services towards the community.

SASSA might be rendering solutions like new social grant applications, change of payment method, consumer care enquiries, in addition to the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a press release, the agency explained it's alarmed concerning the significant quantity of people counting on social grants for survival.
“The purpose from the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out into a superior quantity of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This is a result of the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there's no absolutely functional office dedicated to service the area each day. The provider place established for intervention ordeals a superior inflow of opportunity beneficiaries, that makes it tricky for that office to attend to all people who pay a visit to a service point.
